Fair questions, straight answers
Will the AI change my garment's design or print?
No — faithful garment reproduction is the whole point. The generation is instructed to preserve colour, print, fabric and proportions exactly, and every output is then checked by a vision model for distortions before you see it. Anything that fails gets regenerated automatically.
Do I pay for images I don't like?
Generating costs 4 credits a shot — that's the only real spend. You review watermarked previews first; accepting and downloading the ones you love is completely free, and a redo of one you don't costs just 2 credits.
Is this legal to use for my shop?
Yes. You must own the rights to the garment images you upload. Your accepted shots are yours to use commercially, and whether you tell your customers they're AI-generated is your choice — as things stand there's no UK rule requiring AI product imagery to be labelled. Two things do matter: the images must never misrepresent the garment itself, and some selling platforms have their own image policies worth checking. Our terms cover the details.
How fast do I get my photos?
Minutes, not weeks. Generation and quality-checking typically completes within a few minutes of submitting a job, and you get an email when your previews are ready.
What do I need to upload?
One decent photo of the garment — a flat lay, hanger shot or packshot. JPEG, PNG or WebP up to 15MB. Better input photos produce better results, but a clean phone photo works.
Do credits expire?
No. Buy a pack for this drop, use the rest on your next one. Accepted images stay re-downloadable from your dashboard for 30 days.
Can I keep the same model across drops?
