1. Your uploads

By uploading a garment image you confirm you own the rights to it, or have permission from whoever does. You keep ownership of everything you upload.

2. AI-generated content

All model imagery produced by Offpeg is AI-generated. No real models are photographed. Under current UK and US law, purely AI-generated images may have limited or no copyright protection — you are free to use your accepted images commercially, but be aware of this when planning exclusivity.

3. Credits and payments

Generating an image costs 4 credits, and regenerating a shot you're not happy with costs 2. Reviewing watermarked previews and accepting or downloading your images is free. Credits never expire, and there is no subscription.

4. Refunds

If a generation fails for any reason — a technical fault, or every image failing our quality checks — the credits it cost are refunded to your balance automatically, without you needing to ask. If an order delivers fewer images than you paid for, the difference is refunded automatically too. Purchased credit packs are refundable within 14 days if unused, in line with UK consumer law.

5. Acceptable use

Garment photography only. Attempting to generate imagery of real identifiable people, or any unlawful content, results in account termination without refund.

6. Service changes and discontinuation

We may change or discontinue the service with at least 60 days' notice. If the service is discontinued, you'll be able to use your remaining credits during the notice period, and any unused purchased credits will be refunded.
