Privacy Policy

What we store

Your email, business name, credit balance and transaction history; the garment images you upload; and the images we generate for you. Payment card details are handled entirely by Stripe and never touch our servers.

What we never do

We don't sell your data. We don't use your uploads to train models. We don't show your garments or generations to other users — access is locked to your account at the database level.

Retention & deletion

Accepted images are retained for 30 days of re-download, then removed from hot storage. Delete your account and your uploads, generations and profile data are deleted with it. Email hello@offpeg.co.uk for any data request under UK GDPR.

Third parties

We use Supabase (database, EU-hosted), Stripe (payments), Google and Anthropic (AI generation and quality checking). Garment images are sent to those AI services solely to produce your outputs.
